Bradds Realtors and Property Management, LLC is a professional team that always meets and usually exceeds its exacting standards for client service. When working with Bradds Realtors and Property Mgmt., LLC you can be assured that every detail involved in the leasing and managing of your home will be handled ethically and professionally.
We ask for no up-front costs. Our fees are structured on a percentage of your rental income. Management fees are assessed only if you, as the owner of the property, has Rental income. We do not charge anything before you have a Tenant with a signed Rental Agreement.
We market each property immediately, through various sources, at no cost to you. Marketing will include:

We thoroughly check each applicant’s background and credit. Bradds Realtors and Property Mgmt., LLC guarantees each tenant for at least 7 months. If a tenant does not work out in the first 7 months, we will replace the tenant at no cost to you.

- Respond to tenant requests and deal with problem tenants.
